- dinome now has a licence: the installer shows it before the first install, and Settings → About opens it and the licences of the open-source software dinome includes. The installed app is also compiled and protected, so its code is no longer readable as it is.
- Summaries and polished transcripts in Croatian are written in standard Croatian, not Serbian or Bosnian: the models are told plainly (ijekavian forms, tjedan and tisuća, Croatian month names, "trebamo dovršiti" rather than "treba da dovršimo").

- On bigger screens the meeting list and the Summary and Notes column grow with the window (up to 400 and 600 pixels wide), so a 1920 or 2560-pixel screen is not mostly transcript; on a laptop they stay as they were.
- As you scroll the transcript, a band on the player's waveform marks the part of the recording you are reading, so you can see where in the call you are.
- The Summary and Notes column is clearer: Summary | Notes across the top; Copy summary and Summarize again spelled out under the summary; Copy notes under the notes, with Saved next to the word count. Saving or copying the whole meeting (summary, notes and transcript) moved to Export next to the meeting's title.

- A recording notice on the first start: ask everyone before you record, their words are their personal data too, and use the recordings only as they agreed. dinome records nothing until it is accepted (the extension says so, and stops a recording started anyway); Settings → About shows it again.
- A short welcome tour once everything is set up and connected: starting notes, the live transcript, what happens after the call, and finding meetings later (Ctrl+K → Take the welcome tour, any time).
- A backup in a synced folder (Google Drive for desktop, OneDrive, Dropbox) is filed like the one in Google Drive: by year, month and day, each meeting in a folder named by its time and title (
2026/10/15/10.45 Weekly sync/), renamed with the meeting. A backup made by an earlier version is moved into that order by itself, without copying anything again.
- Re-transcribe says about how long each model will take for the meeting: ParlaSpeech turbo about a minute for a 35-minute meeting, BuzzASR large-v3 about five.
- The calendar shows each meeting's colour as a dot (month) or a short line beside its name (week), like the open meeting in the list, instead of a coloured edge.
- Buttons, chips, tabs, switches and everything else you can click show the hand cursor again.

- Polishing fixes more of what speech recognition mangles: words that do not exist are worked out from how they sound and from the conversation, English terms are written in English with their Croatian ending ("leaderboarda", "padding"), and names and terms heard right anywhere in the meeting (or written in your notes) help where they were misheard.
- Polished / As heard moved next to the transcript's search, and shows in the accent colour while you read the polished transcript.
- Clean voices: after each call, the others' audio is cleaned of road, wind and street noise (for clients calling from a car or out and about), on this computer with DeepFilterNet. Clean next to the player's speed button plays the meeting that way; the recordings themselves are never changed. Settings → Transcription turns it off, and can also have noisy lines transcribed again from the cleaned audio (off by default: in our tests it did not reduce transcription errors).
- Calendar of meetings: the calendar button at the top of the meeting list shows them by month (busier days tinted, recurring meetings in the same colour) or by week, each meeting at its time and length with a line for now. Click a meeting to open it; the arrow keys, T, M, W and Esc get around.

- Polished transcripts: after each call, the summary model corrects the transcript before summarizing it: grammar and case endings, gender forms ("bio sam" or "bila sam", from how each person speaks about themselves, or as you set it), misheard words and names, punctuation, and filler words. The transcript as heard is kept: Polished / As heard above the transcript switches between them. Corrections that would change too much of what someone said are left out. Polish above the transcript polishes any meeting (again); Settings → Polish and summaries → After each call turns it off.

- Speakers are recognized by voice during the call too: a line that comes in as "Participant" (Meet shows nobody speaking while someone shares their screen, or while the Meet tab is in the background) gets its name about 20 seconds later, instead of only after the call.
- A screen you share yourself is no longer taken for a participant, also with Meet in Croatian ("Prezentirate svima"), and "Stickers" is not a person.

- Share a meeting from Google Drive: with the backup there, each meeting is also one readable document (summary, notes, then the transcript), which Drive now shows formatted. Share above the transcript, or Share… in a meeting's right-click menu, shares it by link or with people by email (to view or comment), with or without the transcript. Later changes reach the same link; the audio is never shared. Shared meetings are marked in the list.

- Backup straight to Google Drive, without Google Drive for desktop: Settings → Backup → Connect Google Drive signs in in the browser. dinome asks only for permission to keep its own files, and files the backup by date in your My Drive:

- Backup to Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox: Settings → Backup keeps a copy of every meeting (transcripts, notes, summaries and audio) in a folder that your sync app uploads. dinome finds those folders and offers them; it only copies files, so there is no account to connect.
- Older meetings' audio can be kept in the backup only, to save space: the newest 5 meetings (or 10, 20, or all) keep their audio on this computer, and the others show a cloud in the meeting list. Playing one copies its audio back first. Transcripts, notes and summaries always stay on this computer.
- Restore: on a new computer, choose the same backup folder and restore the meetings that are not there yet.
