- Backup to Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox: Settings → Backup keeps a copy of every meeting (transcripts, notes, summaries and audio) in a folder that your sync app uploads. dinome finds those folders and offers them; it only copies files, so there is no account to connect.
- Older meetings' audio can be kept in the backup only, to save space: the newest 5 meetings (or 10, 20, or all) keep their audio on this computer, and the others show a cloud in the meeting list. Playing one copies its audio back first. Transcripts, notes and summaries always stay on this computer.
- Restore: on a new computer, choose the same backup folder and restore the meetings that are not there yet.
